STRAUS CHINA PARTNERS LP FUND

Straus Asset Management was established on January 1, 1998, as the management company for the Straus Partners Fund LP.  At that time, Straus Capital Management, L.L.C. was also established.   The Straus China Partners Fund was established on January 1, 2007.  Both funds were managed by Melville (Mickey) Straus, as principal of Straus Capital Management, L.L.C.

Mickey passed away in May 2014 and the two Funds were fully liquidated throughout the balance of that year and final K-1s were sent to investors in both Funds as of December 31, 2014.
